There is no annual fee. However, members are encouraged to have at least 12 transactions (minimum S$20 spent per receipt per transaction) in one calendar year. We reserve the right to review the participating fee.

You can scan as many receipts in a day as long as they are receipts from purchases made by you and the total number of receipts from the same outlet does not exceed 3.
Receipt images should be submitted using the mobile app. You can also choose to present your receipts at the Information Counter, but they must be issued from the same mall where the Information Counter is located.
No, receipts used must be from the day you joined the rewards programme.
All receipts must be uploaded no later than the next day of purchase. E.g. if the receipt is dated 1 January 2017, the receipt must be uploaded no later than 2 January 2017, 11.59pm.
Every S$1 spent in a single transaction earns 1 point. However, for supermarket receipts, every S$2 spent earns 1 point. The award system may change from time to time.
All points earned in a calendar year will expire on 30 June the following year. As Great V-aap rewards programme is launched on 20 September 2017, all points earned from 20 September 2017 to 31 December 2018 will expire on 30 June 2019. We may from time to time, amend the validity period of the points and the points not redeemed by the expiry date shall automatically expire.
Members can earn up to a maximum of 1,000 points per day, which is also applicable to birthday month.

Points can only be awarded for your own purchases. If any shopper is found using receipts other than their own purchases to accumulate points, Great V-aap reserves the right to terminate their membership.
For every dollar spent, you will be entitled to points rounded down to the nearest dollar. Points are awarded based on the nett purchase value after deduction of discounts at all participating retailers.
If there are difficulties capturing the receipts, you may approach the Customer Service Assistants at the participating malls. Information Counters are located at Level 2.

Having more than one receipt in one image will result in missing or confusing information being captured by the system. The receipts will be declined or you may end up with wrong amount of points being issued for your spending.
Shoppers can check their points balance by logging in to the Great V-aap mobile app or check in with our Customer Service Assistants at the Information Counter.
You can redeem your points for the rewards by presenting your mobile number to the Customer Service Assistants. You can use your points to redeem eVouchers or carpark rebate via the Great V-aap mobile app only.
Transferring of points is not allowed between members. However, there are no restrictions in transferring redeemed gift vouchers to another recipient.
Points earned in the previous year are given an extension of 6 months to be utilized. Unexpired points can be used in conjunction with points earned in the current year to redeem shopping mall vouchers, carpark rebates or other rewards from time to time.

Yes. The expiry dates of eVouchers are shown clearly in the e-wallet when you view your vouchers.
When your eVouchers have been utilized at the retailers or have passed their expiry dates, they will not appear in the e-wallet anymore. You can view them under the ‘Activity’ tab for details.
